The currencies available on our website are: USD($), RUB(₽).
Outside of the United States and Russia, countries may impose taxes on shipments coming from different countries. The customer will be responsible for this if any taxes are imposed.
Returns
Soyuz Microphones will refund products purchased on our website (soyuzmicrophones.com) if they are returned within 14 days, counting from the day of delivery.
The product is required to be in perfect condition. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all literature/paperwork and packed with care. If failing to comply we are entitled to impose a fee or refuse to accept the return.
A copy of the original invoice or receipt must be supplied with the item. Any refund is transferred back to the original source of payment once we have received and inspected the returned items.
the customer covers all shipping charges. If an item is dead on arrival Soyuz Microphones covers the shipping charges.
Items cannot be returned without contacting Soyuz Microphones first. If you bought your products from a reseller, please contact the reseller directly.
Warranty
Soyuz Microphones microphones come with a 1 (one) year limited warranty for the original owner, starting from the date of the purchase. Being able to prove the date of the original purchase with an invoice or receipt is mandatory if you require warranty service. If you register your product on
our registration page, your warranty will be extended to 2 years.
Soyuz Microphones Launcher comes with a 6 (six) month limited warranty for the original owner, starting from the date of the purchase. Being able to prove the date of the original purchase with an invoice or receipt is mandatory if you require warranty service. If you register your product on
our registration page, your warranty will be extended to 2 years.
If the product should need a repair during the warranty period no charges will be applied for parts or labor. This warranty does not cover (a) damage from physical abuse such as dropping the unit or impact from hard objects; (b) physically damaged connectors; (c) damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the owner’s manual for this product; (d) any shipment of the product (claims must be presented to the carrier); (e) repair or attempted repair by anyone other than or approved by teenage engineering; (f) any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed; (g) normal wear and any periodic maintenance; (i damage due to inappropriate storage; (h) deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity; (i) damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities (wrong voltage, etc); (j) damage due to liquid contamination rfi/emi (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable; (k) damage resulting from any use other than that it was intended for; (l) product purchased as ex-demo, refurbished stock or second hand. (m) any aesthetic alterations due to normal usage or aging.
In order to claim a warranty, contact Soyuz Microphones. Items cannot be sent for repair without contacting Soyuz Microphones first. Please provide us with your original order number,
a detailed description of the issue and video or pictures showcasing the issue. we will email you further instructions on how to proceed.

In the case of non-warranty service, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from Soyuz Microphones).
In the case of a valid warranty service, Soyuz Microphones will cover shipping.
We do not recommend to service the unit yourself. Opening the unit will void the warranty.
Shipping
All orders within the United States and Canada are shipped from our office in Los Angeles, California. All other orders are shipped from The Base in Tula, Russia. We ship USA and Canada orders using FedEx and all other orders with EMS. When your order is placed we will email you an order confirmation (this is your receipt). once your package is shipped, we will email you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number and courier. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we cannot deliver to PO BOXES.
Customers are personally responsible for customs duties, brokerage & clearance entry fees in addition to shipping costs. Orders to countries outside the United States and Russia may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. We ship your package according to international commerce term DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID (DDU). This means that, upon checkout, we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders outside of Los Angeles, California. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
If your package arrives damaged in shipping or with missing content please report this immediately with the courier or at the latest within 14 days of arrival. Please provide photo documentation. claims filed later than this are not accepted
